Optimising player performance has become a growing part of the game, from playing data, nutrition, and performance psychologists, sport science has revolutionised the way coaches and players understand how to achieve the best performances consistently across the season.
This workshop aims to highlight the key psychological techniques that can be leveraged to improve mental performance, as well as the key physical considerations to enhance performance.
