Player Agent Worshop
The Player Agent Workshop introduces students to the legal and regulatory foundations of football representation.
The workshop explores key areas including contract law, commercial law, dispute resolution and the governance frameworks that shape the global game. These topics are supported by expert guest speakers and practical insight into the legal environment in which modern player agents operate.
Students will also receive an overview of the FIFA Agent Examination process, alongside detailed guidance on the regulations governing football agents. The workshop will examine the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), with particular focus on employment law, contracts and wider labour law principles.
